We are currently hiring:
PM Cooks- Should possess knowledge of basic knife skills, use of various cooking methods, and operation of basic kitchen equipment. Responsible for maintaining work area for safety, cleanliness, sanitation and demonstrate proper food handling techniques. Responsible for pulling of items from storage areas and stocking kitchen with ingredients specific to breakfast, lunch and/or dinner service. Must handle multiple tasks in a high-volume environment, and manage workload to meet set deadlines.
Hours: approximately 3pm-10pm
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Strong communication and team skills
Must be self-motivated and possess a strong attention to detail.
Must be able to work nights, weekends & holidays
Must pass Duke University background check
Required Food Handler’s Training upon hiring
These are physically active positions and may require lifting equipment and product weighing 50 pounds or more.
