Work with an exceptional chef & team in an excellent kitchen. Very stable kitchen staff (average 6 years with the company), supportive, bi-lingual and experienced. Two years or more culinary experience a big plus!

Comfortable working saute, grill or expo, in support of our talented BOH Team.

Working knowledge or interest of contemporary foods, comfortable making food from recipes and working with fresh ingredients.

Experience in butchering and portioning meat and seafoods a plus.

Average work day is 8 hours with an opportunities to work more for catering and special events.
