We are looking for an experienced General Manager for our Spring Forest location. The position is a 5 day work week for a total of 50-55 hours. Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Maintaining appropriate staff levels
Onboarding and continuous training of staff
Sales building
Proper shift execution
Budgeting of labor and costs of goods
Setting and maintaining a productive and professional culture
