Description We are currently seeking an accomplished User Experience Designer dedicated to delivering exceptional UX design for our range of enterprise software-as-a-service (SaaS) applications. The ideal candidate will bring transformational ideas to life, turning intricate enterprise applications into straightforward, scalable, and user-friendly experiences.Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Managing the full project lifecycle, including conception, research, designing, development, testing, and launching of our product portfolio
Leading prototype development and wireframing stages
Driving innovation, collaboration, and iterative processes within the product team utilizing a customer-centric design approach
Using a "0 to 1" redesign experience to deliver innovative design solutions
Employing deep customer journey mapping techniques to enhance user experience
Redesigning portals for improved functionality, supporting advanced workflow capacities.
Regularly conducting user engagement and research interviews to ensure user-friendly designs that meet the needs of the organization
Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in UX Design or affiliated field
Substantial experience in user experience design for enterprise SaaS platforms at mid to senior-level roles
Stellar stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage varying perspectives
Proficiency and considerable experience in user-centric design methods
Demonstrated experience translating user feedback and engagement into impactful design
Knowledgeable in psychological aspects pertaining to UX/UI design, ensuring a balance between comprehensive functionalities and user-friendliness
Adept at designing complex applications for professional usage within organizations
