Description Key Responsibilities:
Developing and implementing innovative strategies for new products and designs.
Creating sketches, prototypes, and final renderings for new products.
Conducting thorough market research and analysis to understand current trends and competition.
Working closely with product managers and engineers to ensure the development process aligns with the product design.
Utilizing graphic design and 3D software to bring products to life.
Collaborating with other team members, clients, and senior stakeholders to deliver on the product vision.
Documenting all product design processes and reporting on product design progress.
Acting as a problem-solver and inspiring creativity within the team.
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in product design, industrial design or related field.
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product design or design-related field.
Exceptional design skills, including sketching, prototyping, 3D modelling, and graphic design.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, Sketch, or similar.
Solid knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and quality control practices.
Strong aesthetic sensibility and understanding of color, form, and layout.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design concepts to team members and stakeholders.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, marketing, and sales teams.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, with a high level of creativity and problem-solving ability.
