Job DescriptionWe seek an experienced and strategic event experience leader to join Intel as a Sr. Manager, Global Event Experiences . In this role, the leader will deliver a creative platform for strategic events that include red thread narratives, bold themes, and creative that elevate our events (agenda, production, and overall experience) to ensure our top events show and tell powerful, memorable end to end stories for Intel.The ideal leader is a strong creative thinker with a pulse on how to architect a wide range of strategic event experiences for audiences that can range from 200 to 2,000+. They must understand stagecraft and how to make productions meaningful, memorable, and strategic from creative to content and everything in between.The leader will work collaboratively alongside the event strategists, project managers, communications, executive offices, and the brand team in support of our Proprietary Signature Events and most impactful industry and partner events. This role is critical to engage our key audiences, including our customers, partners, media, investors, and analysts, to position Intel for tech and business leadership and drive sales pipeline and ROI.This role reports to the Head of Global Events. This role is responsible for architecting programming that supports and aligns with all regions of the company.Responsibilities:

Drive innovation and creativity in event experiences, leveraging emerging technologies and trends to deliver best-in-class events.

Lead and manage a team of event and production professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure creative execution.

Experiment with AI-generated content and interactive elements to enhance engagement and storytelling at events, fostering memorable experiences for attendees.

Proficient in crafting diverse, strategic event experiences for audiences of 200 to 2,000+, showcasing strong creative thinking and audience engagement skills.

Strong creative thinking skills demonstrated by previous experience in crafting compelling event narratives and themes.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their event needs and objectives and develop experiential components that drive engagement and strong ROI.

Break down silos, ensuring we demonstrate fully integrated comms in everything we do and helping bring others along, in our own Communications group and cross-functionally with various departments with strong communications and influence skills.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with external vendors, partners, and industry associations to enhance event quality and achieve business goals.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging event technologies to ensure Intel's events remain cutting-edge and impactful.

Proven record of successful creative impact in large-scale global events, preferably in the technology industry.

Tangible historical experience managing and developing high-performing teams, bringing forward an inspiring, yet structured approach to foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Demonstrable record of setting strategic direction to accomplish immediate and long-range objectives that address business issues and build trust across all stakeholder groups.

Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence internal and external stakeholders at all levels. Grace under pressure is critical.

Demonstratable negotiation and vendor management skills.

Willingness to travel globally as required.

QualificationsYou must possess the minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, design, business administration, or a related field.

5+ years' experience managing a team of events producers, XPMs (keynote and stage producers), and content creative.

10+ years' experience in producing strategic event experiences

10 + years' experience in crafting event narratives and themes

High potential, creative, and organized leader with 10+ years of experience creating and implementing successful events creative within a complex and heavily matrixed corporate environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in marketing, design, business administration, or a related field.

10+ years' experience managing a team of events producers, XPMs (keynote and stage producers), and content creative.

15+ years' experience in producing strategic event experiences

15+ years’ experience in crafting event narratives and themes

High potential, creative, and organized leader with 15+ years of experience creating and implementing successful global events strategies within a complex and heavily matrixed corporate environment.

This role may also be available as our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
