Pearl Interactive Network is actively sourcing Reports Analysts (RAs) to Join Our Talent Community to support future operations.A Reports Analyst (RA) is responsible for managing and producing a variety of reports for the program, including ad hoc reports, management reports, performance reports, and financial reports. This role interacts with program officials to ensure accurate, timely, and actionable reporting that aligns with operational and financial goals. The Reports Analyst ensures that all reporting requirements are met and provides insights based on data analysis.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Report Management & Production:

Manage the creation and distribution of daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, including performance tracking and invoice progress.

Generate ad hoc reports as needed, responding to special requests from program officials, leadership, and stakeholders.

Produce work breakdown structure reports and other detailed reports to track program milestones and tasks.

Prepare monthly and annual reports summarizing key performance metrics, project status, and financial progress.

Ensure that all reports are accurate, consistent, and completed on time to meet deadlines and operational requirements.

Data Analysis & Insights:

Analyze data to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement across various operational areas.

Collaborate with program officials and leadership to interpret report findings and present actionable insights for decision-making.

Ensure that reporting aligns with program goals and accurately reflects work performance and financial data.

Interaction with Program Officials:

Act as the primary point of contact for report-related queries and status updates on reporting requirements.

Work closely with program officials to clarify reporting needs, ensure accuracy, and refine the reporting process as required.

Assist in the development of reporting standards and ensure consistent formatting and delivery for various audiences.

Process Improvement & Compliance:

Continuously evaluate and improve reporting processes to enhance efficiency, data accuracy, and presentation quality.

Ensure that all reporting complies with internal standards and external regulations as applicable.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure data integrity and proper alignment with organizational objectives.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

3-5 years of experience in reporting analysis or a similar role, with a focus on generating management and performance reports.

Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar reporting tools.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data and findings to a variety of audiences.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to ensure accuracy and consistency across all reports.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple reporting tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines.
