Dishwasher/Prep for mid-Day shifts at Ocean Blvd.

Ocean Boulevard Bistro & Martini Bar is seeking a responsible individual to help us keep up with our Prep dishes as well as learn some food preparation techniques. We have an amazing staff throughout the kitchen, but most of our support team is not able to start work until 5pm. Maybe we are looking for a unicorn. We are looking for someone who can work four to six days a week (your choice) from between 1pm and 3pm until 6pm or 8pm, depending on your availability - 5 or so hour shifts. During this time, a proper candidate will be keeping up with prep dishes and assisting in various prep duties when free time is available.
