Prep/Line Cook at Ocean Boulevard Restaurant

Ocean Boulevard Bistro & Martini Bar is seeking an experienced Line Cook for a full time position which can be a year-round opportunity. We are only open evenings, so a typical shift is 2pm through 11pm nightly. A viable candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and organization. Being a scratch kitchen, knife skills are very important as well as the ability to follow recipes to make soups, sauces, and starches. We will train you thoroughly as we have a core group of professional chefs to guide you. We applaud creativity and eventually, some of your creative work can show up in Nightly Additions to the Menu. While no kitchen work is easy, we do have a clean and orderly kitchen with a professional staff and plenty of help to go around. Also, being a dinner only establishment, we may have long prep days on occasion, but no double-shifts. We want to stay fresh and ready for a great service!
