Technical Sales Engineer- Electrical Vehicle Charging Solution (French Speaking)

For our Electrical Vehicle Charging Solution (EVCS) Team we are searching for an experienced Technical Sales Support Engineer to help grow our business in France, Benelux and Italy from our location in Teningen, Germany or Hoofddorp, The Netherlands.Your main responsibilities areProvide technical support to sales, clients and product marketing in an accurate and timely manner.Technical support for the preparation of quotations.Support on preparation of technical documentation to meet local regulations.Preparation of recommendations and expert advice on solutions - consultancy.Assist in resolving technical inquiries in collaboration with the development team.Drive feasibility study with R&D and consult alternative possibilities with the clients.Assist in identifying new market opportunities, local laws and standards.Provide occasional support to customers with complex technical challenges.Maintain business relationships and service delivery to our customers.Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the product lines to the customers.Customer trainings on planning, installation & commissioning proceduresSupport sales on marketing events & exhibitions
