We are experiencing exponential growth and we are looking for an exceptional Office Manager to join our dynamic team.
Job Description
The Office Manager is responsible for managing internal business operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of both the office and field teams. The role supports leadership and field teams in day-to-day administrative tasks, finance, project coordination, real estate transactions, and client relations.
Primary Responsibilities
Office Management: Oversee daily office activities, maintaining an efficient and professional environment. This includes managing office supplies, organizing filing systems, handling correspondence, and ensuring the office operates smoothly.
Administrative Support: Provide direct support to the leadership team by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, booking travel, and coordinating executive tasks.
Field Team Support: Assist the field team with contracts, budgeting, hiring subcontractors, scheduling crews, obtaining permits, and ordering necessary materials for projects.
Client and Vendor Relations: Manage relationships with customers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth communication and project execution.
Financial Management: Perform finance-related tasks such as preparing monthly budgets, job cost reports, processing accounts payable and receivable, and overseeing payroll. Proficiency in QuickBooks is required.
Marketing and Social Media: Support marketing efforts by managing the company’s website and social media platforms, creating marketing materials, and developing strategies to boost the company’s visibility.
Human Resources: Manage hiring, onboarding of new employees, maintain employee records, oversee benefits, and update company policies and procedures.
Real Estate Transaction Management: Draft contracts, offers, and other essential documentation for real estate transactions. Schedule inspections, walk-throughs, and showings, and assist agents with showings and open houses as needed.

Position Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience.
Proficiency in QuickBooks and general bookkeeping.
Strong organizational and administrative abilities with attention to detail.
Effective communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
Proficient in MS Office, Google Suite, and social media platforms.
Flexible and adaptable self-starter, able to independently create systems and anticipate needs in an entrepreneurial environment.
Collaborative team player who multi-tasks effectively, takes initiative, and embraces varied responsibilities.
Valid driver’s license; company car provided.
Real estate license a plus but not required.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary: $45,000 - $52,000 per year (based on experience).
Benefits: Healthcare contribution, 10 days PTO, 10 paid holidays, life insurance coverage, quarterly bonuses, and advancement opportunities (e.g., real estate license sponsorship).
Work Hours & Location
Primarily office-based (in Greensboro, NC) with occasional visits to construction sites, real estate offices, or client homes.
40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with on-call remote availability on weekends from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM as needed.
