Description We are seeking a Financial Analyst for our manufacturing operations in Greensboro, North Carolina. This role involves processing customer credit applications, maintaining accurate customer credit records, and resolving customer credit inquiries. In addition, the candidate will be expected to monitor customer credit accounts and take appropriate action to collect delinquent payments. Responsibilities: Process customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency Maintain precise records of customer credit Resolve any customer credit inquiries in a timely manner Monitor customer credit accounts regularly Take appropriate action to collect delinquent payments Use accounting software systems to manage financial data Analyze financial information to support business decision-making Implement and manage ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning solutions Utilize SAP and Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting Perform various accounting functions as needed. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Financial Analyst role within the Manufacturing industry. Proficiency in Accounting Functions is a must. Demonstrable skills in Finance, including financial forecasting, budgeting and variance analysis. Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is required. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, v-lookups and macros. Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills. Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines. Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-based environment. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field is preferred. Knowledge of financial regulations and standards.
