We are seeking a dedicated Remote Intake Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will engage with leads who have submitted online applications, assess their qualifications for our services, and provide them with the support they need during the intake process.
Responsibilities:
-Contact leads promptly after receiving their online applications to verify information and assess eligibility for mortgage assistance services.
-Clearly explain our services and address any questions or concerns from applicants.
-Utilize CRM software to manage, track, and update lead information accurately.
-Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and follow-ups with leads.
-Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when speaking with applicants, understanding the sensitivity of their situations.
Qualifications:
-Experience in real estate, mortgage loans, or a related field is a plus but not required.
-Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
-Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
-Comfortable using a CRM or similar software (training provided).

Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday.
Compensation: $14/hr with monthly bonuses based on performance. There is potential to be promoted as we are looking for assets to grow the company!
