Description We are seeking a passionate and driven Marketing Assistant with a flair for graphics design to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be working closely under the direction of the Art Director and will be responsible for several critical facets of our marketing operations.Responsibilities:Graphics Design Capabilities: Resize or retouch photos using Adobe Photoshop Update existing Adobe InDesign files and templates Generate new graphics using Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop Assist with creating PowerPoint presentations using branded templates Adhere strictly to branding guidelines for all deliverablesDigital Asset Management Maintenance: Selects best images for inputting photos and design files into Media Valet, our digital asset management system Undertake naming and adding attributes to photos, including keywords, and usage restrictions Perform mild research for accurate photo tagging Liaison with IT teams for access to photos, files, and Media Valet Approve photos submitted by staff, communicating when additional information is requiredAdministrative Support: Assist Art Director with administrative tasks, including creating and updating workflows in our project management system, Monday.com Catalog final design files in Media Valet Conduct image searches in Media Valet or other stock image houses, identifying photos for internal or designer use Draft emails to share design outputs with staffRequired Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign. Knowledge of Adobe Express or any other Adobe software for video editing or creating animated GIFs is a plus Knowledge of Microsoft Word 365 - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and TEAMS Familiarity with any project management software, Monday.com a plusDesired Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills Keen attention to detail Excellent organizational skills Flexibility and ability to quickly learn new skills to complete projects Able to work independentlyJoin us in this opportunity to develop professionally and contribute uniquely to our team. 3+ years of digital asset management experience
experience working with Media Valet or related asset management tools
Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign. Adobe Express or other Adobe software for video editing or graphic creation for animated gifs is a plus, but not required.
Monday.com (project management tool) is not required but is a plus. Experience with any project management software is a plus.
