Performs and documents initial and ongoing assessments of patient's condition.Designs and implements a plan of care which is appropriate to problems identified and involves the patient and family.Educates and counsels patients and families regarding treatment plans and progress.Plans and/or assists with patient discharge from therapy services.Supervises activities of clinical fellows, students, and other support personnel.Minimum Education
Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Master's Degree in Communications Disorders.Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association or must have passed the national exam and be in the process of completing the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)Minimum Work Experience
Minimum of three (3) years experience as a clinician in an inpatient or outpatient rehabilitation program.Required Skills

Certifications:
