In search of future Diesel Technician

I am in the market for a relatively qualified person who would like to become a top notch Diesel technician. Someone with modern day Diesel engine experience would be great as well (Powerstroke, Duramax, Cummins). I would prefer this person have a few years of hands on experience OR Some automotive tech school training. This person will have their own tools. Yes they will more than likely have to buy tools regardless but they must have the basics to be a mechanic in a shop. I do intend to train and teach but I would rather someone who has some sort of experience and knowledge (I don't need wheels falling off and loose oil filters etc.). Pay will be based on experience and ability. Punctuality and Reliability are of upmost importance. I don't need a guy who is "sick or late" every Monday. Work hours are from 8 to 5:00 Monday through Friday (Although we do close early on Friday's when possible). This person must have a valid driver's license in good standings and have reliable transportation to and from work. This person should have basic mechanics tools. This person should be able to lift 100 pounds without getting hurt (although most work is performed on 3/4-1.5 ton trucks, wheel/tires and cylinder heads can be heavy to some people). This person should have a Go Get motivated attitude. This person should be able to take criticism and instruction (I don't know everything, but I know how to do what I do very well, and I want to share what I know. Also, I like it done my way). This person will spend all day working on very expensive Diesel trucks performing everything from maintenance, repairs and a lot of performance and aftermarket modifications. I perform everything from head studs to lift kits to rear end overhauls. Overhauling steering columns to turbos you will learn and do it all.
