A leading HVAC company serving Charlotte for over 15 years. We're known for our customer-focused approach and commitment to excellence. Due to continued growth, we're seeking skilled and motivated HVAC professionals to join our team in Indian Trail, NC.

CURRENT OPPORTUNITY: HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN

Job Responsibilities & Requirements:

1. HVAC Service Tech that handles service work and site maintenance for national accounts.

2. Responsible for servicing products and equipment on assigned projects and ensuring customer satisfaction

3. Uses a variety of hand-tools, following blueprints or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair units.

4. Identifies, analyzes, diagnoses, and repairs systems and products at customer’s location.

5. Performs preventative maintenance, site surveys, replacement, and modifications as need or requested by customers.

6. Prepares for on-site installation and repairs by examining building layout, anticipating difficulties, gathering materials and coordinating on-site work, as necessary.

7. Inspect vehicles by checking vehicle condition and cleanliness

8. Represents company by serving as a direct customer contact.

9. Determines parts to order for repairs and timeliness of need

10. Documents work by completing paperwork on each job, including daily time, progress, and duration; and maintaining files.

11. Records parts, material, labor, subs and other cost data per assignment and returns unused resources.

12. Turns in all required paperwork and reports in a timely manner.

13. Keeps current on all products concerning installation, operation, maintenance, service and repair

14. Read and interpret product specifications

15. Provides technical support to customers

16. Flexibility to work overtime/weekends as necessary

17. Occasional travel requirements as needed

Requirements:

Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

CFC universal certification (required)

NATE certification (a +plus, preferred not required).

Strong communication and customer service skills.
