Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Outside Sales Representative in Charlotte, NC. We’re not here to punch the clock. Instead, we strive each day to be the absolute best version of ourselves. We’re a little quirky at times, but will always provide an endless amount of energy, camaraderie, and laughter. A work hard, play hard attitude. As a representative, you will be expected to call 125 and visit 25 businesses per day, while building a maintaining a pipeline of business. You want to learn, we will teach you! You will be trained and given tools to offer services immediately and either slowly or quickly grow those skills into self sufficiency.
Qualifications
Cold calls and door to door sales experience
Transportation to and from appointments
Ability to learn as you go
High organization skills
Good follow up skills and ability to maintain multiple client conversations
Uncapped Commission
Earn an initial $250 to $500 per client and business.
Monthly Residual Earnings
Your sales continue to pay off long after
you’ve closed the deal. After your 10th client, earn a % of the
monthly processing amount from your clients, building a size-able monthly base pay over time.
