The Client Service team is responsible for working with our existing clients to create and deliver training programs, both in-person and virtual. The CSM's primary role will be to engage with learning and development teams, HR and recruiting specialists, and finance professionals at the most reputable corporate and academic institutions around the world, to develop a positive customer experience and foster relationships. The CSM will also work closely with other instructors and team members, acting as a liaison between clients and the entire team to ensure smooth program delivery.Individuals with exceptional interpersonal skills, organizational and project management skills, and a commitment to the success of the team will excel in the position of Client Service Manager.Responsibilities:Build relationships with learning and development teams, HR/recruiting specialists, and financial professionals within existing clientsProactively reach out to clients to market services and productsDevelop and sustain a client reach out plan to maintain relationships and bookings with clientsWork closely with senior instructors to customize program outlines and proposals according to client needsAssist with the execution of contracts, SOWs, and agreements for clientsCoordinate with clients on the logistics and planning around training sessionsOptimize internal systems (Salesforce, SharePoint, CourseCheck, DiplomaSafe) for client management and training deliveryDevelop an understanding of services to assist clients with questionsWork closely with entire team (Instructors, eLearning, Accounting, Admin) on client delivery needsRequirements1-3 years of prior client services experience ideally in the Banking or the Financial Services Industry.Excellent communication, organizational and time management skillsAbility to solve problems creatively, have a professional and courteous mannerFluency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook) and AdobeAbility to write professional client correspondence.
