About You:
We are looking to add a part-time, entry-level Sales representative. This role, for a non-medical home care agency that is just starting up, is crucial in establishing the business, building a client base, and driving growth.
There is no formal experience necessary. Paid training is available for the right candidate, interested in sales and the ability to make a difference in the lives of others. CareBuilders at Home offers an excellent financial growth opportunity. As we grow, you grow.
Responsibilities:
Identify and develop relationships with referral sources such as hospitals, rehabilitation centers, physician offices, and other healthcare professionals.
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
Present and promote our services to health care agencies/facilities along with potential clients and their families, emphasizing the benefits of our home care solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transitions for clients from initial inquiry to service delivery.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including prospecting efforts, meetings, and outcomes.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Meet or exceed goals, sales targets, and performance metrics on a regular basis.
Qualifications:
Personable, Professional & Dynamic
Quick learner, open to training and willing to follow the process
A sales mindset with an understanding of sales techniques is preferred.
Effective time management skills
Familiarity with the healthcare industry and/or home care services is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and referral sources.
Strong presentation skills
Ability to overcome objections and achieve results.
Self-motivated and driven to succeed, with a passion for helping others.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability.
Proficiency in or ability to quickly learn Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Compensation: The Sales Representative is compensated as a consultant (1099) at $15.00 per hour, plus monthly gas allowance and commission to start.
