Position: Part time Personal Assistant (20 hours per week)

Location: Private Residences Primary: Charlotte, NC

Secondary: Sherrills Ford, NC (the need to be at this location is very minimal)

Introduction:

Seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant. This role requires an individual with exceptional project management skills and a knack for organizing, decluttering, and consolidating. The successful candidate will assist with day-to-day and ad-hoc tasks and coordinate various projects, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Lead and coordinate projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.

Organize office space and digital files for optimal efficiency and ease of access.

Handle communication and correspondence with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring all messages are relayed accurately and promptly.

Develop and implement systems for increased productivity and decluttering of physical and digital workspaces.

Manage financial and budgeting tasks, including expense reports and invoicing.

Perform personal errands and manage personal appointments as needed.

Qualifications:

At least 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role with increasing responsibility.

Strong project management skills with a proven track record of delivering projects successfully.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. (This is a must)

Discretion and confidentiality are paramount.

Candidates with the following bonus skills/abilities would be exceptional:

o Property management experience

o Bookkeeping / financial analysis

o Strong network in the greater Charlotte NC area

o Project Management certification
