We are two companies: Zion Guitar Technology and JBE Pickups. We manufacture electric guitars and pickups for electric guitars.
Our Mission:
To design and build world-class string instruments and pickups for discriminating musicians.
The Job:
This is an administrative support position and will be responsible for Order Entry, Inventory monitoring and replenishment, Accounts Payable, and QuickBooks entry/reconciliation.
We anticipate the job will take 20 hours a week, part time. We are flexible regarding hours and will work with the right candidate to accommodate their schedule and demands outside the Company (family, et al).
We are also considering full-time candidates.
This position's responsibilities include:
- Entering orders from Distributors (QuickBooks)
- Communication with Distributors regarding status of orders and billing
- Placing and monitoring orders for inventory and manufacturing supplies
- Accounts payable
- QuickBooks account(s) reconciliation
- Administrative tasks as assigned
We're looking for an individual who has experience in the following:
- QuickBooks
- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
