We are seeking an Assistant Onsite Staffing Coordinator starting immediately through the middle of May. The position requires months a good amount of training, so a definite commitment until the middle of May would be required. The Assistant Onsite Staffing Coordinator is responsible for assisting our on-site project manager in providing customer service for our client at their location. As an Assistant Onsite Staffing Coordinator, the individual will work closely with the client’s administrative team, as well as oversee assistants who work directly for Integra, and manage the needs of the temporary associates. The Assistant Onsite Staffing Coordinator will be supported by the current Onsite Staffing Coordinator.
Account Maintenance
Assist with onboarding 500+ temporary associates January and April
Assist with ensuring that current temporary associates are up-to-date with their clearances to work for the client
Schedule and perform background checks on current temporary associates as well as candidates
Schedule and perform training sessions for current temporary associates as well as candidates
Assist with completion of onboarding paperwork for the client and Integra
Handle temporary associate’s frequent questions
Staffing Responsibilities
Assist with staffing daily based on the number of temporary associates requested by the client, can vary between five employees and 300+
Check-in temporary associates at the beginning of their shifts
Respond to temporary associate’s questions and issues
Schedule
-March is focused on recruiting as many temporary associates as possible for the April Peak
-April Peak is the busiest time of the year, running three different shifts, seven days a week from mid-April thru mid-May, and staffing 300+ temporary associates per day at the highest point
-A large percentage of the hours are during normal business hours between 7 AM-4:30 PM
-The last three weeks of April and into May, the hours will be approximately 10 AM-7 PM during the week and hours will vary on the weekend
-Must have flexibility
-Available a few times a month in until 8 PM for recruitment purposes-Available one, possibly two Saturdays in March for recruiting purposes-During the Peaks the Assistant Onsite Staffing Coordinator may need to go in to cover check-ins for third shift- During the month of April there is a rotating schedule to cover the needs of the client to cover check-ins at 8 AM, 4 PM, 6 PM, 10 PM, and midnight including weekends.
