This Administrative Assistant's primary responsibility will be supporting our office. Assist Agency HR Representative with core functions including onboarding new staff members, leave tracking, and payroll reports. Assist with submission of staffing requisitions, creation of job fliers, as well as performing data entry and general office duties.
Administrative Assistant Duties & Responsibilities:
Answer Phones, Schedule, File, & Assist With Client or Office Needs.
Order Office Supplies, Lead Special Projects, Review & Assist With Emails & Reports.
Bridge Communication Between Departments & Management.
Print Financial Reports For Management & Customers as Needs.
Provide Support to Recruiters & Management.
Create & Work Special Projects as Directed.
Administrative Assistant Requirements & Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent Required.
AA/AS Preferred.
3+ Years of Administrative Assistant Experience Required.
Solid Knowledge of Accounting & HR Policies Preferred.
Ensure Confidentiality is Adhered to at All Times.
Must Have Sold MS Office & Excel Skills.
Leads With Integrity & Clear Communication.
