In need of a part time assistant to help with billing, invoice creation, data entry, Quickbooks upkeep (i have a bookeeper), product research, social media management and other general tasks. This is a temporary and part time position that has the potential to become long term.
You should have a strong understanding of how to conduct online product research, use quickbooks, MSOffice, form creation, social media and technology in general.
Initially it would require you to come into our office in Indian Trail but as we develop our system and processes, remote work is definitely possible.
