Established inside sales company, based in Matthews, NC, looking for part-time Asst. Bookkeeper/Admin. Asst. to help manage the day to day accounting functions of the business while providing administrative support to the business owner.
Hours per week 25+
Work Schedule - Flexible within the Mon- Fri timeframe
Educational Background: 4-year degree preferred but not required based on experience level
Responsibilities: AR/AP, weekly accounting reports, interface with customers and suppliers, provide admin. support across the sales processs
Computer Programs: Proficient in Quick Books, MS Word, Excel Nitro a working knowledge or willingness to learn ACT Database contact management software
