Responsibilities:

Handle travel requests and coordinating with the outside travel agent.

Provide event planning support.

Help to orchestrate when clients visit the office and make sure clients have what they need.

Provide office management including make sure snacks are set out, maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen, and making sure office is in order and supplies are plentiful.

Greet client and guests, general receptionist tasks including answering phones.

Handle outgoing/incoming mails.

Clio and populating Excel spreadsheets.

Handle meeting requests or creating a calendar invite to the appropriate recipients.

Generate documents for DocuSign.

Complete additional administrative tasks and follow up on requests, as needed.
