Seeking a professional fitness trainer help me achieve my fitness goals. I'm 70 and am currently losing weight. I'm healthy and no stranger to gyms; I'm not a novice. I'm seeking someone who has professional experience as a trainer and is very knowledgeable with gym equipment, bands, free weights, machines and is creative in their approach. No one way works for every person. I want to lose more weight, gain more strength and flexibility.
Working in a gym setting is preferable.
A degree in physical education, physiology, kinesiology or is also preferred.
