Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistants to provide essential care and support to individuals in need. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will assist clients with daily activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

Duties:
- Provide direct client care, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
- Administer medication under the supervision of a nurse or healthcare professional
- Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting techniques and assistive devices
- Support patients in maintaining a clean and safe environment
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
- Assist with behavior management techniques for patients with challenging behaviors
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
Requirements:
- The candidate must speak Spanish language
- Ability to provide direct support to individuals with diverse needs and abilities
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Compassionate nature and genuine desire to help others
- Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and respect privacy
