Staff Accountant

Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Staff Accountant in the IT Software industry based in Charlotte, North Carolina. As a Staff Accountant, you will be tasked with the provision of financial information by managing transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with regulations. This role also involves assisting in audits and maintaining a keen attention to detail.Responsibilities: Accurately manage financial transactions and records Prepare comprehensive financial reports Ensure strict compliance with financial regulations and procedures Assist in conducting thorough audits Reconcile various accounts to maintain accuracy Utilize strong numerical skills to accurately manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) Perform bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy Manage the General Ledger and Journal Entries Conduct Month End Close procedures Utilize NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for various accounting tasks.
