Description Robert Half Marketing & Creative is looking for a social media manager for one of our clients in Charlotte, NC!Job Overview:We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager with a passion for creating engaging content and building strong online communities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in content creation, community management, and social media strategy, with at least three years of experience in a similar role. This individual will play a key role in driving brand awareness, engagement, and growth across various platforms.Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation: Develop, curate, and publish high-quality, engaging content across social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and emerging platforms.

Community Management: Actively engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive and interactive online community.

Social Media Strategy: Create and implement comprehensive social media strategies to align with business goals, increase brand visibility, and drive traffic and engagement.

Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics, using data to inform and optimize future strategies.

Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage paid and organic social media campaigns to promote products, services, or brand initiatives.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, creative, and product teams to align social media content with broader marketing campaigns and brand messaging.

Trend Monitoring: Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the brand remains competitive and innovative in the digital space.

Influencer & Partnership Engagement: Build and manage relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and strategic partners to expand reach and credibility.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management, content creation, and community engagement.

Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and scheduling software (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social).

Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills.

Proven ability to grow and manage online communities.

Experience with paid social media advertising is a plus.

Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and design.
