Description Robert Half Marketing & Creative is looking for a social media specialist for one of our clients in Charlotte, NC. This position is a hybrid opportunity!We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content creation and data analysis, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for social media trends. As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies that engage our audience, build brand awareness, and drive online traffic. You will also analyze performance metrics to optimize content and campaigns.Key Responsibilities:Content Creation:

Develop, curate, and manage engaging content for various social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

Create visually appealing graphics, videos, and other multimedia content that align with the brand’s voice and identity.

Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute content calendars and campaigns.

Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and technologies to ensure content is fresh and relevant.

Social Media Management:

Monitor and manage daily posts, interactions, and engagements across all social media channels.

Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Build and maintain relationships with social media influencers and brand ambassadors.

Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all social media channels.

Data Analysis:

Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the success of social media campaigns and content.

Generate regular reports on social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Utilize data to inform content creation, optimize strategies, and improve engagement and reach.

Conduct competitor analysis and monitor industry trends to stay ahead of the curve.

Strategy Development:

Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop comprehensive social media strategies that align with business goals.

Identify and target specific audiences to increase engagement and brand loyalty.

Experiment with new formats, tools, and strategies to enhance the brand’s social media presence.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.

Proficiency in social media platforms and tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.

Strong understanding of social media metrics and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Creative mindset with a strong attention to detail.

Experience with paid social media advertising is a plus.
