About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant to help lead our transformation efforts within Merchant Services. This key leadership role within the Merchant Services Project Management Office (PMO), is responsible for leading a portfolio of programs and projects with various degrees of complexity that support multiple merchant services business segments.As a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant, you will responsible for the overall program roadmap, an integrated program plan, project planning, identifying and managing risks, issues, key dependencies, critical decisions, and the overall progress of the program and related projects. Lead complex Merchant Services programs and projects

Partner with executive and product leaders to clearly define and document objectives, scope, and success criteria for new initiatives

Lead prioritization discussions and roadmap development for programs and projects

Build strong partnerships with business leaders, stakeholders, and cross-functional delivery teams

Lead a portfolio of programs and projects, directly manage complex initiatives, and oversee the execution of other project management professionals

Make decisions in end-to-end project management, demonstrating ownership of the entire process from beginning to end while developing and implementing program and project level processes, procedures and performance metrics

Leverage a hybrid methodology to lead and document projects through the full life cycle

Partner with product development, business execution teams, enterprise shared services, and change management teams to ensure risks, issues, and dependencies are properly identified, managed, tracked, and reported

Lead change management activities to for all programs and projects

Identify opportunities for process optimization and standardization to enhance our project execution capabilities

Collaborate and consult with business leaders, stakeholders, and cross-functional business partners to clarify and define project requirements

Partner with peers to ensure consistency in execution on PMO standards, procedures, project execution, risk management, and portfolio management

Ensure project planning and execution strictly follows enterprise standards including artifact development and change management requirements

Maintain accurate and up to date project documentation, including plans, status reports, capacity trackers, meeting minutes, action items & scrum/ sprint planners

Required Qualifications, US:

7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

Experience leading a portfolio of programs and projects in a large and complex enterprise environment

Merchant Services, Payment Processing, or Servicing & Operations experience

Experience leading business transformation, new platform development, and product optimization efforts

Proven ability to effectively influence, partner, and negotiate at all internal organizational levels to gain commitment to accomplish business goals

Advanced experience in Project Management and Methodologies

Agile and Waterfall experience

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project, SharePoint, and Jira

Experience presenting complex information in a manner that educates, enhances understanding, and influence decisions

Strong communication and documentation skills

Financial services experience

Proven ability to identify opportunities for process optimization and standardization to enhance our project execution capabilities

Job Expectations:

Ability to travel up to 10%

Willingness to work on-site at stated location on the job opening

This position offers a hybrid work schedule
