About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Consultant, HR Transformation and Product , to join the HR Discovery team within Human Resources Transformation and Product. The HR Discovery team is responsible for research and analysis of new, unplanned initiatives. We focus on high priority work that is undefined, ambiguous, or at risk of failure. This team works to validate cross-functional problem statements and defines approaches for solution delivery (how and who) before engaging the HR product teams to solution and implement. An ideal candidate for this role is self-motivated, can influence a team and lead strategic initiatives, collaborating across a large organization. Act as an HR Business consultant to executive leadership; provide vision, direction, and expertise that develops a strategic approach for solving complex business problems that are large scale, cross organizational, and global

Apply analytical and critical thinking, business knowledge, and creative design skills to lead the research and analysis of business problems of high complexity

Collaborate across all levels of the organization to effectively facilitate decision making and influence direction to ensure approach will deliver upon prioritized business outcomes

Define and simplify complex problem statements into executable increments that meet key objectives; plan, organize, and direct work to ensure connectivity between plans and work-stream objective

Employ a customer-centric approach in problem definition and approach

Direct and complete deliverables, such as plans, research summaries, analyses, and design proposals

Create Minimum Viable Products (MVPs), accept feedback, and iterate to drive and articulate value

Demonstrate agile mindsets, behaviors, and ways of working, including peer up-skilling, feedback, and continuous team improvement

Required Qualifications:

7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

5+ years of experience partnering with senior management and leaders to influence and consult on complex programs, initiatives, and problem resolution

5+ years of enterprise program discovery/management experience (including, but not limited to, needs assessments, identifying root cause issues, developing strategy, building business cases, data/metrics, influencing, and tracking/reporting status/results)

Experience compiling and summarizing information in a compelling way that tells a story which can be shared with senior leaders to inform and influence solution direction and meet business objectives via executive-level presentations

Experience leading strategic initiatives, programs and/or projects, collaborating across a large organization

Self-motivated and ability to motivate and lead a team

Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

Demonstrated critical thinking and thought leadership

Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to become a trusted advisor to business owners

Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint Online)

2+ years of experience in developing and implementing new Human Resources (HR) business strategies while managing risk and compliance

Recent experience independently planning, organizing, and leading enterprise-wide initiatives

Practical knowledge of HR metrics to benchmark, measure, analyze and articulate the value and ROI of HR initiatives, practices, and policies

1+ years of experience working on agile teams
