Job Title: Project AccountantJob DescriptionThis Project Accountant will be responsible for creating and managing invoices for our transportation projects under MDOT and SHA, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contractual terms. They will be tracking time, material, and expenses related to the project and will be working closely with project managers to ensure the milestones of each project are being met and invoices are correctly processed.Hard Skills
Invoice creation within an engineering consulting firm
Time & materials tracking
Experience with MDOT (Maryland Department of Transportation) & SHA (State Highway Administration)
Creating pivot tables, Vlookups, and SUMIF functions in Excel
Proficient in Deltek, Oracle, BST, Netsuite, SAP, or other large ERP systems
