Lead Project Manager

This role is responsible for leading and managing initiatives that support the successful delivery of new process and standardization to our internal customers. This involves overseeing all aspects of project planning, execution, and implementation, while ensuring alignment with service level agreements (SLAs), client expectations, and business objectives. The role will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including, technical resources and client stakeholders, to drive project success and achieve desired outcomes.Responsibilities will include:Manage projects impacting Field Operations Teams to include scheduling cross functional meetings, establishing goals and timelines and getting buy in from key stakeholders. Create captivating & impactful presentations that effectively communicate complex business concepts in a visually appealing manner.Work closely with the team to understand their goals and transform their ideas into compelling stories that resonate with audiences.Translate business needs into engaging narratives to drive the success of standardization and efficiencies.Manage key timelines and effectively communicate with various teams.Connect with diverse stakeholders and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Gather and analyze data to assist in project approvals, tracking improvements and identifying trends.Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.Implement best practices and methodologies.Provide support to the team, including taking meeting notes, documenting key actions, and handling other administrative tasks.Streamline operations and ensure that the team stays focused on their goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and leadership.Effectively communicate project status and progress to all stakeholders.Manage expectations and ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.
