- Production support experience in PEGA or similar product.
- Troubleshoot and communicate with PEGA development team to resolve technical issues.
- Environmental issues, including performance and configuration problems with the product.
- Assists in the diagnosis and resolution of an issue, including the determination and provision of workaround solution or escalation Pega Client Support.
- Installation, update, or migration problems.
- Monitoring and management of production services, including monitoring and management for database, environment, and network.
- Root cause analysis for Severity 1 events and Detailed performance tuning and system optimization.
- Ensures that application health is good for business and work towards mitigating any risk, continuous application monitoring through automated and manual approach, production validations, deployment, security governance, end of day handoff, application checkout to support infrastructure updates and BCP failover process.
