About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant for Unsecured Lending Consumer Servicing and Default. This role will support our product delivery teams in close partnership with Technology, Operations, and Risk Management. The successful candidate will partner with high-performing teams, have experience creating comprehensive presentations and roadmaps for varying groups of stakeholders, be able to work horizontally with key partners to drive outcomes and demonstrate an enduring passion for continuous improvement through Agile principles.In this role, you will:

Actively listen and understand diverse viewpoints to present information effectively to varying groups of stakeholders.

Quickly adapt to dynamic product delivery environments, where you readily embrace changes and unforeseen situations.

Collaborate with others and independently collect, analyze, and document data and information with meticulous accuracy.

Provide insightful direction and support to the program and product teams, facilitating collaborative prioritization and decision-making to drive successful, coordinated implementation.

Create compelling executive-level presentations, where materials are reusable and tailored to distinct audiences.

Synthesize complex information and translate it into compelling executive-level presentations, ensuring reusability and tailored messaging for distinct audiences.

Stay organized to effectively support multiple product teams and manage tasks and information across various spaces.

Clearly articulate the business value of prioritized work and demonstrate the impact on organizational objectives.

Collaborate with leaders to combine vision, direction, and knowledge to clearly communicate business solutions.

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

Strong written and oral communication skills.

Proficient in crafting impactful executive-level presentations, adept at customizing materials for specific audiences while ensuring reusability.

Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.

Experience with Agile practices, frameworks (e.g. Scrum) and workflow, and collaboration tools, such as Confluence and Jira.

Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members.

Comfortable with ambiguity and facilitating discussions to explore the best possible solutions.

Ability to manage and work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important.

Strong collaborator and empathetic listener who works with diverse groups to solicit multiple perspectives.

Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills.

Intermediate JIRA skills

Experience with JIRA automation a plus

2+ years of Collections, Recoveries or Back Office operations experience a plus

Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
