About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant to join our Product Transformation and Change Governance team within Consumer, Small & Business Banking (CSBB). This role will support portfolio management, investment prioritization, OKR management, and backlog reviews. This role will partner closely with cross-functional partners within Finance, Technology, and LOB product and functional leaders and perform functions in line with the CSBB product operating model and agile ways of working.Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com.In this role, you will:
Support multiple business functional areas with focus on implementing and delivering long-term strategies, policies, and process advancements for cross-functional stakeholders, and internal partners associated with the area of Business Execution or who are affected by its outcomes.
Strategically collaborate on the ongoing cross-channel prioritization and backlog management process.
Identify and help support simplification of the business through rigorous prioritization and execution sequencing.
Report progress against OKRs working closely with internal stakeholders.
Manage quarterly/annual portfolio prioritization process with internal stakeholders.
Partner closely with the extended Business Execution team for assigned initiatives ensuring solutions are designed, integrated, and controlled to improve effectiveness, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate.
Be a thought leader and driver on business strategy while appropriately managing risk.
Must be a proactive, detail-oriented, and organized self-starter who values personal accountability and thrives under pressure in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Exercise independent judgment to guide resolution of issues and ensure tasks are completed according to established timelines.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in strategic planning, financial planning, and analysis roles.
Exercise independent judgment to guide resolution of issues and ensure tasks are completed according to established timelines.
Experience leading a strategic roadmap with a fast turn around
Experience working with OKR's
Ability to quickly learn business functions
Ability to track and monitor project progress, identify project and process gaps, recommend controls and communicate progress to business leaders
Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members
Analytic orientation with track record of data-driven decision making and experience with complex data sets.
Advanced proficiency with tools such as Tableau/Power BI.
Strong strategic and conceptual thinking skills.
