Description We are in search of a Finance Manager to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role involves working closely with senior management to ensure that corporate financial goals are accurately represented in divisional budgets and forecasts. The successful candidate will also facilitate the ability of business leaders to communicate operational objectives in financial terms and manage the analytical analysis of business financial performance.Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth financial analysis and assist with the establishment of key division performance indicators. Collaborate closely with operational management, Accounting Department management, and the Business Development organization to ensure that business objectives are translated into financial goals. Serve as a liaison between accounting and operating groups. Provide financial support for business development efforts. Conduct cost/benefit analysis and discounted cash flow models to aid decision makers. Deliver accurate cash forecasts. Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual results compared to budgets and forecasts. Manage and evaluate employees through performance reviews, ongoing coaching, and feedback methods. Prepare and administer budget according to plan, monitor budget variances, provide explanations on variances and take appropriate action. Ensure adherence to organizational policies and procedures by staff members. Utilize skills in CapEx, Budget Processes, Microsoft Excel, Ad Hoc Financial Analysis, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP& A), Financial Analysis, and Oracle.Note: This role is a permanent position.Requirements A minimum of five years experience in a Financial Analyst or Manager role Proficiency in CapEx Demonstrated experience in budget processes Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel Proven ability to perform ad hoc financial analysis Experience in financial planning and analysis (FP& A) Strong financial analysis skills Familiarity with Oracle Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field Professional certification such as CFA or CPA is a plus Strong ethical standards and high levels of integrity Ability to work in a team and foster a positive work environment.
