Description Robert Half Marketing & Creative is looking for a digital designer for one of our clients in Charlotte, NC.This position offers a unique opportunity for a creative individual to contribute to a wide range of digital projects, from web design and social media graphics to interactive experiences and branding initiatives. As a hybrid contract-to-hire role, you will have the chance to showcase your skills and potential for long-term employment within our organization.Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
Conceptualize and execute design solutions for various digital platforms, including websites, mobile apps, email campaigns, and social media.
Produce high-quality visuals, graphics, and multimedia elements that align with brand guidelines and project specifications.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design concepts and user interactions.
Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually improve design processes and outcomes.
Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and conduct user testing to validate design decisions.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field.
Proven experience (3+ years) in digital design, preferably in an agency or creative studio environment.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, or similar.
Strong understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first design concepts.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas and collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
Attention to detail and a passion for pixel-perfect design execution.
Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of digital design projects and demonstrating creativity, technical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus but not required.
