At Spectrum Reach we offer a hybrid work arrangement for most roles. JOB SUMMARY Spectrum Reach currently seeks a Solutions Engineer for our Advanced Technology Services team. The team exists to build, design, and deliver emerging advanced digital advertising products and tools for Spectrum Reach. The Solutions Engineer position is a technical role with a focus on Order Management Software and the automation of the digital order entry systems. The qualified candidate must have extensive knowledge with digital OMS, preferably Operative.One, and custom integrations to the OMS, including CRM software, campaign management, ad decision servers, billing and reporting tools. The role will heavily involve the transition from the Operative.One OMS to the new AOS (Advertising Operating System) upgrade as well as other areas of our impression-based transformation. The team partners with various departments to identify opportunities for the design and solutions for best practices for automating the order entry process. The team elicits the needs of stakeholders, assists in the verification of functional and non-functional requirements, and drives the order management project to technical and operational enablement. The successful candidate should have a high level of knowledge in the Ad serving and execution, Ad Sales and the Ad Operations industry and have successfully integrated Ad serving technologies to assist in the effort to bring new order management systems to market. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Guide integrations through the onboarding of digital order management platform.

Manage overall implementation lifecycles and timelines.

Lead the construction and execution of test plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams with minimal assistance.

Help create, design, track, communicate and implement roadmap items and enhancements with vendors.

Gather business and technical requirements from main stakeholders to transfer them into functional points.

Responsible for software configuration tasks and prototype builds to meet internal needs.

Serve as liaison between the customer and technical / engineering teams.

Build and execute onboarding plans for order management migrations.

Facilitate post-implementation transition to support teams.

Provide post-implementation ad-hoc support and expertise on escalated issues and requests.

Actively and consistently lead efforts, with minimal direction, to simplify and enhance the client/customer experience.

Proactively communicate with Product, Finance and Operational team leads as necessary to assist in identifying best practices in operational processes and establish requirements when creating new Ad technology.

Provide recommendations based on data for process improvement and strategic business decision making.

With minimal direction, lead the efforts to investigate and perform root cause analysis of issues complex in nature; identify and resolve technical issues related to OMS technology for both clients and internal teams.

Actively participate in cross-team workgroups for new digital or linear product launches by providing advanced level input from an operational and monitoring support perspective; develop materials and provide training for Digital Services fulfillment teams.

May be required to perform other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Advanced experience with Operative.One, AOS or other Order Management Systems.

Advanced experience of FreeWheel MRM.

Advanced experience with systems integrations.

Proficiency in data analysis.

Experience with API.

Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems.

Knowledge of scheduling and billing from an advertising media perspective.

Experience with Programmatic integrations, implementation, management, and optimization.

Experience with and knowledge of digital media and services.

Exceptional verbal and written communications skills

Ability to analyze key performance indicators/metrics.

Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and lead projects.

Ability to prioritize and organize effectively.

Ability to make decisions and solve problems while working under pressure.

Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Ability to use personal computer and software applications (i.e. MS Office, Visio, etc.).

Education, Certification & Licenses

Bachelor’s degree in business, Statistics, Digital Media or related field, equivalent training, education and experience.

IAB Certification a plus.

Related Work Experience

3-5 years in the Ad Agency, Ad Serving or Ad Operations, integrations and solutions field ideal.
