Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role is pivotal to our operations as it involves interacting with homeowners, coordinating appointments with technicians, and managing various forms of correspondence. The job function revolves around property management and customer account management within the telecom provider industry.Responsibilities include: Engaging with homeowners via phone calls and emails after their move-in Scheduling and coordinating on-site appointments with technicians Managing calendars to ensure efficient appointment allocation Adhering to a high standard of organization and detail orientation in all tasks Using Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office Suites for various job functions Handling email correspondence professionally and promptly Utilizing Yardi for property management tasks Booking, confirming, and coordinating appointments effectively Managing customer accounts diligently and responsibly.Requirements Proficiency in managing customer accounts is essential Must have experience with Yardi software Knowledge and experience in property management is required Ability to handle email correspondence efficiently and professionally Familiarity with Salesforce.com is a must Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Should be skilled in calendar management Experience in booking and confirming appointments Ability to coordinate appointments effectively Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Must have strong organization and multitasking abilities A customer-oriented approach is crucial Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints professionally High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field will be considered an advantage.
