Description Compensation: $175-200k + Bonus + EquityBenefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 3 Weeks PTOWork Arrangement: Full-time, permanent/direct hireSchedule: Onsite Full-time, Standard hoursOverview:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Controller with expertise in post-sell Mergers and Acquisitions (M& A) to join our dynamic team. As the Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial aspects of acquired entities following the completion of transactions, ensuring successful integration and alignment with our company's financial objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in accounting, financial analysis, and post-acquisition integration strategies.Responsibilities:

Financial Integration and Alignment: Lead the financial integration efforts for acquired entities, ensuring alignment with our company's financial systems, processes, and reporting standards.

Financial Analysis and Reporting: Conduct comprehensive financial analyses of acquired entities, assessing their financial performance, and identifying areas for improvement.

Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage budgets and financial forecasts for acquired entities, incorporating synergies, cost savings, and growth projections.

Risk Management and Compliance: Assess financial risks associated with post-sell M& A activities and develop strategies to mitigate risks effectively.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA designation HIGHLY preferred.

Proven (10 years) of progressive accounting & finance experience

Strong understanding of financial analysis, accounting principles, and post-acquisition integration strategies.

Experience working in Public Accounting (Audit)

Experience working for a Private Equity backed company
