Description We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with expertise in change management to join a trusted client undergoing significant organizational changes following a recent merger. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless integration, fostering alignment, and driving adoption of new processes, systems, and cultural shifts. As a Program Manager, you will lead large-scale change initiatives and serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, ensuring that business objectives are met through effective change strategies. This is a fully remote, long-term engagement anticipated to last one year or longer.Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive change management plans aligned with business goals.

Lead the integration of processes, technologies, and teams resulting from the merger.

Engage with senior leaders and stakeholders to assess the impacts of change and provide actionable recommendations.

Define success metrics and regularly evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives.

Manage risks and address resistance to change by providing clear communication and training strategies.

Collaborate across departments to ensure alignment on timelines, deliverables, and goals.

Monitor and report progress on program milestones to leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Program Manager/Consultant with a focus on change management, ideally in environments involving mergers or acquisitions.

Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter’s Change Model).

Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.

Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage complexity, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Organizational Development, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

Preferred Skills:

Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, CCMP).

Experience in large-scale organizational transformations or restructuring.

Background in cross-functional leadership and team management.
