About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Communications and Change Management Lead (Lead Business Execution Consultant) on the Enterprise Marketing Services Change Management team. This team prepares Marketing employees throughout Wells Fargo for marketing platform and process changes. These changes impact how the teams across all lines of business design, build, execute, and measure marketing campaigns across marketing channels (branch, ATM, email, online, etc.). You will develop and execute change management strategies inclusive of functional training and communications to create awareness, promote adoption, and prepare users to take action on change through hand-off to business-as usual sustainment of change.A successful candidate will have demonstrated change management experience in the form of people readiness with success leading and driving adoption and sustainability within platform, process, and technology change implementations. Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services, and initiatives in support of change management people-readiness activities to prepare marketing and sales platform users and stakeholders for change
Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate
Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance
Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations to prepare impacted audiences to successfully adopt changes
Curate voice of customer (VOC) insights to ensure we are placing our user base in the center of what is being designed for them
Define and operate feedback forums needed to gather qualitative and quantitative insights from our internal customers
Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area and how the work might connect to other groups
Offer expert-level written and oral communications and change management practices proven successful with a range of audience sizes from small to large (1,000 user plus) audiences
Influence, guide and lead less experienced change management staff within the group
Provide management and strategy consulting to a diverse audience
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
2+ years of Change Management or Communication Consultant experience leveraging change management principles, ideally on people, user, and stakeholder readiness
Ability to strategically create, develop and implement complex process and technology change management initiatives involving communications and functional training tactics, impacting a large audience
Experience building a functional training program which includes leading, designing and writing the plan
Knowledge and understanding of the marketing roles through end-to-end marketing developing process
Ability to design and conduct communications and functional training activities with a large virtual audience participation
Ability to work across large, impacted user bases impacted by multiple change initiatives
Knowledge and understanding of the marketing process used to create marketing programs, and workflow-based marketing technology platforms such as Aprimo
Excellent verbal written, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex material to a diverse audience
Have an established visualization skillset to benefit distilling large, complex volumes of information into manageable components
Ability to influence and be to advocate for the audiences impacted by the change
Ability to create user adoption strategies and to strategically select the appropriate strategies and tactics for the initiative and audience
Excellent Microsoft Office applications experience including Teams
