Brightspeed is looking for a driven, assertive and energetic Technical Project Manager. The Technical Project Manager will lead a variety of projects of varying sizes from start to finish, coordinating project team members, developing and managing to the project budget, schedule, and operating procedures, gathering and reporting project status, risks, and dependencies.This role will report directly to the Director of Operational Governance to provide portfolio management support. They will work with cross-functional teams to gather, synthesize, and present data in a manner that supports informed decision-making. A key focus will be on creating high-quality reports and presentations tailored for senior executives, ensuring that complex information is communicated clearly and effectively.As Technical Project Manager, you will have the following duties and responsibilities:Senior Leadership and Stakeholder Support:Provide comprehensive project and program updates to senior leaders and key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.Develop executive-friendly status updates and presentations to communicate progress, challenges, and recommendations effectively.Translate technical and operational information into strategic insights.Communicate effectively across cross-functional teams, fostering open, productive dialogues to drive collaboration and successful outcomesPortfolio Management Coordination:Collaborate with project managers to gather and deliver accurate and timely portfolio progress updates.Ensure clear communication of interdependencies among projects to foster alignment and shared understanding across all stakeholders.Project Planning and Execution:Lead the planning and execution of projects and programs with cross-functional teams, ensuring successful delivery within defined scope, timeline, and budget constraints.Facilitate the definition of project goals, tasks, and resource requirements.Evaluate and Develop Business Continuity Plans:Assess and update business continuity and disaster recovery (DR) plans to mitigate risks and align with organizational changes.Drive improvements in project delivery processes and tools to enhance efficiency and consistency.
