Find out how far your passion can take you.About the job:The Account Executive (AE) is a proactive and consultative sales role, responsible for selling Brightly software solutions to new prospective Manufacturing organizations. You will work collaboratively with the Sales Leadership Team and cross-functional team members to develop and manage an account acquisition strategy. This role is primarily phone-based and includes prospecting, discovery, and closing functions. You will have support from a great team of SDRs, but will own the end result.What you will do:

Learn the Manufacturing industry and how Brightly solutions have a positive impact on operations.

Apply the knowledge learned to bring Brightly solutions to market, selling into your assigned accounts and hitting quota.

Prospect for new clients (outbound cold calling and pursuing SDR/Marketing leads) using tools like Salesloft to execute email/calling cadences.

Coordinate with Sales Development, following up with leads and providing feedback in a timely manner.

Present to prospects with a focus on delivering value and impact.

Actively participate in product demonstrations with the support of an expert team of Solution Consultants.

Manage the sales process – using Salesforce to manage leads, update opportunities, deliver accurate and timely forecasts.

Work with prospects through their buying process (taking them through discovery, demos,, negotiations and closing the sale).

Work with Sales Leadership to come up with new strategies to “keep things fresh’ and drive long-term success.

The actual wage offered may be lower or higher, depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.Qualified applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States. 4+ years proven sales experience focused on new client acquisition.

Successful track record of prospecting via the phone & closing deals – managing pipeline through full sales cycle.

History of sustained attainment of targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in previous roles.

Advanced knowledge of pipeline and opportunity management in SFDC and other reporting tools.

Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

Strong executive functioning and decision-making abilities.

High degree of proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, Zoom, as well as core sales productivity tools (ZoomInfo, Salesforce, Chorus, and Salesloft).

Demonstrated commitment to refining and improving prospecting techniques.

Demonstrated ability to communicate technical and business concepts via telephone and web-based presentations.

Proven initiative-taker with motivation and ability to manage multiple tasks, project leadership and/or participation and responsibilities.
