Landscape Gardener Needed
About the Job:
We are looking for a passionate, reliable, and hardworking individual to join our fine gardening team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and creating landscape gardens and outdoor spaces. We strive to learn plant identification and responsible horticultural practices everyday. Whether you’re an experienced gardener, someone with a love for plants and nature, or someone who loves working outside, this is a great opportunity!
Key Responsibilities:
-Maintaining and creating gardens- pruning, edging, mulching, planting, weeding, perennial care, leaf removal etc
-Sustaining a positive attitude throughout the day
-Timeliness, clear communication, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
-Delivering quality customer service while developing a professional relationship with clients
Requirements:
-Experience in gardening or landscaping (preferred but not required)
-Physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
-Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and work with a team
-Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license
Compensation and Benefits
-$20-$22 an hour
