Local electrical company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented office assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have good communication skills in order to answer calls, and confirm appointments by text and email. A strong work ethic and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently is necessary . Will need to schedule and maintain the calendar in order to dispatch technicians.
Responsibilities Include:
-Answering phone calls in a professional manner.
-Good people skills.
-Computer skills, Windows, MS Word, Excel, Chrome, Google calendar, Gmail and other applications.
-Work Hours are W-F 8-4:30, Wednesday – Friday work from home.
-Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
-Able to pass a background check.
-Knowledge of Buncombe County geography.
-Knowledge of home infrastructure. Most homeowners or folks with some type of construction trade background will suffice.
